Click on the preferred course to be taken to the “Course Menu”.
Once on the course menu, make sure that every course module has a green check mark and that the words completed are next to the module title.
If any modules do not have the green check mark, the module is incomplete.
If completing the modules does not fix the issue, complete or redo the Quiz. (An 85% or higher on the Quiz is required to complete the module.)
Please note that skipping straight to and completing the quiz will not mark the module as completed. All module tabs and the quiz must be done for the module to be considered 100% complete.
