Click on the preferred course to be taken to the “Course Menu”.
Once on the course menu, make sure that every course module has a green check mark and the words completed are next to the module title.
If there are any modules that do not have the green check mark, that means the module is not complete.
If completing the modules does not fix the issue, then complete or redo the Quiz. (An 85% or higher on the Quiz is required for completion of the module.)
Please note that skipping straight to and completing the quiz will not mark the module as completed. All module tabs and the quiz must be done in order for the module to be considered 100% complete.
